Printing Customer Service Representative


Position Summary:

The primary role of the Printing Customer Service Representative is to be a versatile job organizer and quality control checkpoint for key customers of Phoenix Graphics, Inc.  

Qualifications:

  • Communicates well with the public in a professional manner

  • Self-starter who can work independently

  • Organized with attention to detail is a requirement

  • Experience in the Graphic Communications/Printing industry a plus

  • Customer Service experience preferred

  • Practices “CANI” -constant and never ending improvement 

  • Comfortable with overtime as needed for projects. 

  • Adept with using a computer and experience in the Microsoft 360 suite of software, including Excel, Word, etc.

  • Experience with automation of processes and print production

  • Experience with EPMS and Filemaker a plus

  • Ability to think quickly, solve problems and work well in a team

  • Provide outstanding customer service through both oral and written communications.

  • Maintain existing customer relationships and work to create new customer relationships.

  • Prepare and process orders, and sample requests.

  • Communicate fully with internal (pre-press, managers, coworkers) and external customers and follow-up promptly with requests, orders, and other tasks.

  • Work with all stakeholders, such as sales representatives, administrative staff, production staff, and customers on orders and projects, including technical specifications, and meeting deadlines.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Work Hours:

·     Typical house are 8:30 am-5pm Monday-Friday

·     Employee will be asked to work overtime during critical deadlines which include after 5pm and weekends.
