Printing Customer Service Representative
The primary role of the Printing Customer Service Representative is to be a versatile job organizer and quality control checkpoint for key customers of Phoenix Graphics, Inc.
Communicates well with the public in a professional manner
Self-starter who can work independently
Organized with attention to detail is a requirement
Experience in the Graphic Communications/Printing industry a plus
Customer Service experience preferred
Practices “CANI” -constant and never ending improvement
Comfortable with overtime as needed for projects.
Adept with using a computer and experience in the Microsoft 360 suite of software, including Excel, Word, etc.
Experience with automation of processes and print production
Experience with EPMS and Filemaker a plus
Ability to think quickly, solve problems and work well in a team
Provide outstanding customer service through both oral and written communications.
Maintain existing customer relationships and work to create new customer relationships.
Prepare and process orders, and sample requests.
Communicate fully with internal (pre-press, managers, coworkers) and external customers and follow-up promptly with requests, orders, and other tasks.
Work with all stakeholders, such as sales representatives, administrative staff, production staff, and customers on orders and projects, including technical specifications, and meeting deadlines.
Other duties as assigned.
· Typical house are 8:30 am-5pm Monday-Friday
· Employee will be asked to work overtime during critical deadlines which include after 5pm and weekends.
