After thirty years in the elections business, Phoenix Graphics is proud to be the largest supplier of ballot materials in New York State. We supply 41 counties and 12,728 election districts — that equals over 75% of New York State's election districts.

Since we began producing election materials in 1977, Phoenix Graphics has been in the forefront helping New York State counties meet the challenges that technology and constantly changing election laws have brought to the field of elections administration.

We were the first company in New York State to develop and produce proprietary ballot layout software that addresses the complexities of New York State's election laws.

In 1993, after the National Voter Registration Act was passed, we designed and developed customized forms that were required for New York State counties to comply with the new legislation.

We also designed and patented the first full-face style optical scan ballot for New York State in 1997. Our optical scan ballot is now used for absentee and emergency voting in 65% of New York State's election districts and is currently the only optical scan ballot certified by the State of New York.
